		<description><![CDATA[Judge Ned Mangum of Wake County, North Carolina, presiding over divorce proceedings between Thomas and Venessa Mills, is expected to issue a ruling ordering their home schooled children to return to public school. 

Venessa Mills has taught her three children (10, 11 and 12 years of age) from home since becoming a member of the Sound Doctrine church - a religious organization that insists upon home education in a Christian setting, rather than the secular setting of public schools. 

Ms. Mills points out that her children have tested "two years above their grade levels", although she states that her teaching has a foundational, Biblical slant.
